Toni Arthur joined Weller Pool Constructors, Inc. in 2005 as the Accounting Manager, relocating from Columbus, Ohio, where she attended Ohio State University and worked for 18 years as an Accounting Assistant at Lincoln Construction.

Upon her arrival, Weller Pools was undergoing significant restructuring and transitioning to an Employee-Owned Company through an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Program). Toni played a pivotal role in this transformation, leading the implementation of the ESOP plan in 2008 and ensuring its success through diligent reporting. She also oversees the Weller Pools LLC Profit Sharing Plan, which boasts a 99% employee participation rate, fostering a sense of ownership and providing valuable retirement options.

With nearly four decades of construction accounting experience, Toni manages all facets of accounting at Weller Pools, including client relations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, safety, workers' compensation, human resources, and employee benefits.

Outside of work, Toni enjoys traveling, gardening, camping, and spending time with family and friends.
