Kathy O'Neal joined Weller Pools in 2017, bringing over two decades of construction accounting experience to the accounting department. Her expertise in cost accounting and strong financial acumen led to her transition into the role of Project Coordinator in 2020.

Kathy supports project managers in her current role by ensuring construction projects run smoothly and remain on track. Her responsibilities include ordering job materials, issuing subcontracts, managing change orders, and overseeing warranty issues. Additionally, Kathy contributes to various other projects within the company, enhancing overall operational efficiency.

Outside of work, Kathy is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys fishing on her boat with her husband, Eric. She also cherishes time spent with her family and close friends, creating lasting memories in the great outdoors.
