As the newest member of Weller Pools, joining in April 2023 as an estimator, Jesse Heckman plays a crucial role in assessing the scope, scale, and schedule of potential projects. Once a project is identified, Jesse takes the lead in managing all aspects, from the initial outreach to sending out proposals.

Jesse brings a wealth of experience to his role, drawing from a unique background that includes growing up on a farm, working in the oilfield, and having over two decades of hands-on experience in various aspects of aquatics construction. This diverse expertise enables him to approach projects with a comprehensive understanding of the build side of aquatics.

Outside of work, Jesse's time is dedicated to his farm, where he raises animals and assists his wife with mobile petting zoos. He also values spending quality time with his children and grandchildren, enjoying the simple pleasures of family life amidst the rural setting
