Jayson Mannix has over 18 years of experience in the swimming pool industry, specializing in creating exceptional aquatic spaces that blend functionality with stunning design aesthetics. His journey began in 2006 with hands-on experience in pool construction, maintenance, and design, leading to his contractor’s license in 2010.

Initially focused on residential pools in Central Florida, Jayson transformed homeowners’ dreams into reality through precision, functionality, aesthetics, and safety. In 2022, he transitioned to commercial aquatic construction, joining Weller Pools as a Project Manager. In 2026, he advanced into the role of Senior Project Manager, where he oversees large-scale aquatic facilities within the Orlando hospitality and tourism market. In this role, Jayson ensures seamless operations, strict safety compliance, and exceptional customer satisfaction. His work spans high-energy water parks to tranquil water gardens, with a consistent record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Outside of work, Jayson is a dedicated husband and father who enjoys exploring the outdoors, engaging in sports, and creating lasting family memories. He finds balance and inspiration in hiking, camping, and soaking up the Florida sunshine, which fuels both his creativity and leadership.
