Dan Simmons has been an integral part of Weller Pools since 1985, bringing a strong background in construction and form carpentry. Joining the company at just 22 years old, Dan quickly demonstrated exceptional leadership, advancing to Superintendent before the age of 25. His career continued to progress through key roles including General Superintendent and Vice President of Construction, culminating in his appointment as President in 2023. He now serves as President and CEO of Weller Pools.

In 2025, Dan celebrates 40 years with Weller Pools, a milestone that reflects his lasting impact on the company and the aquatic construction industry. Over the course of his career, he has played a critical role in the success of some of Weller Pools’ most notable and complex projects throughout the Southeast United States and the Caribbean. His expertise spans competition facilities, water parks, resorts, municipal projects, and international developments, firmly establishing him as a premier aquatic builder.

Outside of work, Dan values time with his family, including his wife, daughter, and three energetic grandsons and one new granddaughter who keeps him young at heart. A passion for travel is something they share, highlighted by a memorable three-week RV journey through Alaska that created lasting family memories.
