Dan Simmons has been an integral part of Weller Pools since 1985, bringing a robust background in construction and form carpentry. Starting with the company at just 22 years old, Dan quickly climbed the ranks, becoming Superintendent before age 25. His journey within the company continued upwards, leading to roles such as General Superintendent and Vice President of Construction, culminating in his appointment as President in 2023.

During his remarkable 39-year tenure, Dan has significantly contributed to some of the most successful and thrilling projects across the Southeast United States and the Caribbean. His expertise has been instrumental in the development of various venues, including competition facilities, water parks, resorts, municipal projects, and international endeavors. This extensive portfolio has firmly established him as a premier builder in the aquatic industry.

Outside work, Dan finds joy in his family—a wonderful wife, a cherished daughter, and three lively grandsons who keep him youthful. A love for travel runs in the family, with a memorable three-week RV trip through Alaska in 2022 standing out as a highlight, creating lasting memories.
