Weller Pools constructed the aquatics facilities at Disney Typhoon Lagoon, encompassing a new recreational pool featuring a zero-depth beach entry, a lazy river, and a dynamic surf pool. The surf pool utilized pneumatic surf machines, requiring careful coordination to stagger caissons for optimal wave height during surfing sessions. This innovative approach in pneumatic foundation design ensured the delivery of high-performance waves while maintaining operational flexibility. The project showcased our commitment to advanced construction techniques and precise engineering, enhancing the guest experience at one of Disney's premier water parks.
