Weller began and completed the work on time, with local labor and conditions. They had good coordination on delivery of materials oversees, even with changes during the submittal process and beyond. The works actually began while concrete placement for the 13story building was ongoing and thus required more than usual coordination. Weller worked around these obstacles to maintain their work progress. They provided good supervision to perform the work and manage their subcontractors for the duration. They were also very responsive on several changes during the course of construction and still maintained completion of the project on-time. In the end, I believe the Owner was very satisfied with the final product and I would be happy to work with Weller on another project.

I was introduced to Weller Pools about thirty years ago when they were the low bidder on a 50-meter pool I had designed for Central Florida Community College. I got to know Butch Von Weller during that project and was very impressed with the capabilities of his company.
During the past thirty years I have worked with Weller on numerous other pools. I have found them to be the beet in this part of the country for constructing large pools.
One of the main reasons for their success is the quality of their job superintendents. Each has been with the company for many years and is capable of personally performing every task involved in the construction of a pool. On each job where I was involved, the superintendent devoted his full time and attention to that project and was not distracted by having to worry about other projects, thereby assuring a quality product.
With Weller doing the work, l have found that there are virtually no construction problems and very few change orders They have proven to be a company that goes beyond normal expectations in responding to post-construction concerns. I have seen them return to correct items of concern years after requirements of their contract.
I heartily recommend Weller Pools for construction of any large pool project.
